WHITEFRIARS COLLEGE SPORTS

With a proud history focusing on sporting excellence, a new Sports Pavilion and hard court Tennis Courts (hockey field) serves the College sports program and completes the sports precinct within the campus.

The Pavilion comprises:

 

• Flexible change rooms and amenities - composed as 2 larger or 4 smaller change rooms

• Umpire change facilities

• Officials (umpire and time keeper) boxes with direct view to the oval

• Flexible gymnasium / fitness space - doubles as tennis club room

Occupying a steep treed slope, the design takes advantage of the elevation over the playing courts and football and cricket oval below, with change room facilities accessible off court level, and the gymnasium on an upper level which connects back to the college learning spaces.
