HIGH PERFORMANCE & COMMUNITY SPORT
Canterbury bankstown bulldogs
centre of excellence
HB Arch are currently working on the Concept Design for the new Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs Centre of Excellence at Belmore Sports Ground.
The new training and administration building centres itself on the existing Terry Lamb spectator hill, largely retaining the existing hill in the foreground - supporting and enhancing the ground as a match day venue.
The proposal has the CBB training and administration facilities facing the main training field - with meeting rooms, boardroom, social spaces and community education rooms doubling as premium match day function rooms.
The building is approached from the rear carpark, and rear community sporting fields with Foyer and cafe carving through the building depth - serving both the club and community faces.
Community and club pathways change facilities, kiosk, storage and public amenities are accessible to the community fields at ground level, providing better amenity and equal facilities to the broader reserve.
High performance facilities include 800sqm indoor training space, aquatic recovery pools, equitable NRL / NRLW change and medical / treatment facilities, 70 pax theatrette, hydration areas and flexible education spaces.
